[Yakup] C&R Research attracts attention with its ‘first dividend’ since establishment
C&R Research announced that it has finalized a dividend of KRW 10 per share, totaling KRW 570 million, for 56,725,420 shares eligible for dividends, excluding treasury shares. The company emphasized the significance of this first-ever dividend as part of its efforts to enhance shareholder returns and shareholder value.
The dividend is scheduled to be paid within one month from the date of the general shareholders’ meeting resolution. C&R Research also stated that it would consider regular dividends in the future, provided that the company’s growth remains sustainable.
