C&R Research selected as a “2024 Best Work-Life Balance Company” in Korea!
“2024 Best Work-Life Balance Company” was newly introduced this year, co-hosted by the Ministry of Employment and Labor, the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy, and the Ministry of SMEs and Startups. It aims to recognize exemplary companies that actively support employees in achieving a balance between work and personal life.
C&R Research was recognized as a model company for its efforts to enhance productivity and lead a culture of work-life balance by implementing various policies, including △promoting flexible work arrangements △reducing working hours and overtime △encouraging the free use of vacation time △strengthening childcare support systems △improving work practices and corporate culture.
Notably, C&R Research is the only CRO to be selected as one of the “2024 Best Work-Life Balance Company”.
