[Itooza] C&R Research signs KRW 20.7 billion supply contract for clinical trial work
C&R Research announced on the 12th that it had signed a supply contract worth KRW 20,712,060,000 for the consignment of clinical trial work. The other party to the contract was not disclosed in the public notice in accordance with a request to maintain business confidentiality. The content of the contract is a business entrustment contract.
The company explained that out of the service fee of about 27.4 billion won in the contract, about 6.7 billion won was excluded from the contract amount because it corresponds to research expenses (net amount recognized).
The contract period is from October 11, 2022 to April 30, 2026, with a total supply period of 1,297 days. The value of the supply contract signed this time is 47.98% of the recent sales of 43.17123 billion won.
